We collect only what we need to run the service:
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or social pixels.
Account and operational data is retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after termination, after which it is deleted from active systems. Backup copies are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle. Compliance evidence may be retained longer where required by law or where you have asked us to keep it as part of an audit trail.
We share data only with vetted processors that help us run the service: cloud hosting (Netlify), database and storage providers, email delivery, and customer support tooling. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data. Ever.
Your data is primarily processed within the UK and EEA. Where a processor moves data outside this region, we rely on UK International Data Transfer Agreements or equivalent safeguards.
